Review: Florists by day and assassins by night! Aya, Yoji, Omi and Ken are seemingly ordinary florists – however, their real job is with a group called Weiss under a mysterious organisation Kritiker. These elite assassins erase corrupt politicians, criminals, and such like. However, each of them have their own reasons for joining Weiss. The anime takes us on their journey as they find themselves against unexpected adversaries, brushes with death and the harsh reality of their past catching up to them.

Weiss Kreuz is an action-packed anime with enough seriousness to the plot to set it apart. Treating the characters as real humans and not just super-heroes gives it a more bitter-sweet and down to earth flavour – certainly an off-beat anime!
