Review: Many years ago, Yagami Kazuma was a direct descendant in the Kannagi family - a family of spellcasters who used the elements of fire. Unable to control these fire elements, Kazuma was deemed a disgrace and banished from the family. Now, Kazuma returns to Japan having obtained the power of the wind and becoming a contractor. Upon returning, he finds the Kannagi family’s existence threatened and thus joins in the battle for their protection - with a price. Yagami Kazuma is now hired by the Kannagi family to get to the bottom of many of the problems the family has the responsibility of taking care of. He teams up with his little brother Ren and the short-tempered impulsive heir to the family, Ayano. Together they encounter enemies each stronger than the other and fight to maintain a balance in the world.

Kaze no Stigma is really interesting, fast-moving with lots of action. To add to the mix, there’s a healthy dose of humour and small hints at romance with Ayano’s short temper! But don’t worry - no fuzzy mushy stuff…at least not yet. Kaze no Stigma is good action and adventure all the way!
